Barrie Collins, also known as Barry Crawford, is a white South African writer based in London. As a member of the libertarian LM group, he has contributed to Spiked Online and LM magazine and also collaborates with development propagandists WORLDwrite and Africa Direct.

Collins has courted controvesy with his revisionism of the 1994 genocide in Rwanda. Writing for LM magazine, he berated mainstream commentary on Rwanda as "hysteria over an alleged genocide" and described the Arusha warcrimes tribunal as "showtrials" [1]. On Tuesday 6 May 2003, Collins testified as a defence witness for suspects subsequently convicted of genocide in the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda. [2] [3]
