"He is a director of Total (France), A.T.C.O. (Canada) and DuPont (United-States) and also plays an active role in several institutions. He is Chairman of the French Institute of International Relations (I.F.R.I.) and of the Institut des Hautes Etudes for Science and Technology and of the European Corporate Governance Forum. He was Chairman of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (W.B.C.S.D.) in 2004 and 2005. He is a member of the Institut de France (Académie des Sciences Morales et Politiques)." [1]
