Black, Kelly, Scruggs & Healey was a U.S.-based lobbying firm that in May 1996 merged with another lobbying firm, Gold & Liebengood, to form BKSH & Associates Worldwide.[1] BKSH & Associates Worldwide is a subsidiary of the global PR company, Burson-Marsteller, which in turn is owned by the advertising and PR conglomerate, WPP.
