She has more than a decade of experience in contract mining, mining construction and mining mergers and acquisitions. She is founder of Mmakau Mining which has investments in platinum, coal, chrome and gold mines as well as shaft sinkers. She participated in the design of the South African Mining Charter and present mining legislation." [1]
