"The management of the Association is vested in the Board and the Council, both of which are presided over by the Chairman who is elected from the Full Membership. The Board of Directors is drawn from member companies and the Chief Executive, which recommends policy to the Council. The current board consists of Jonathan Neame of Shepherd Neame (Chairman), Stefan Orlowski of Heineken UK (Vice-Chairman), Simon Townsend of Enterprise Inns (Vice-Chairman), Stephen Gould of Everards and Paul Wells of Charles Wells."[1]
