Chuck Knauss is an attorney with the global lawfirm Bingham McCutchen, who represents corporate clients in matters of environmental law and regulation. He is based in Washington, D.C. Kauss formed an industry front group to lobby on environmental issues called the Air Permitting Forum. Knauss represents companies and trade associations in environmental permitting, rulemaking, litigation, commercial and legislative matters.[1][2]
