Biographical Information

"David Keyes is the director and co-founder of CyberDissidents.org. He served as coordinator for democracy programs under Natan Sharansky at the Adelson Institute for Strategic Studies and assisted a former UN ambassador. Keyes has written for leading publications including The Wall Street Journal, The New Republic, National Review, Commentary, Daily Beast and The Jerusalem Post. He graduated with honors from UCLA in Middle Eastern Studies and pursued a Masters in Diplomacy at Tel Aviv University. Keyes is the founder of Students Against Dictators and speaks Arabic, Hebrew and English. " [1]

Keyes is listed as the recipient of the Robert Novak Fellowship given to him by the Phillips Foundation in 2010.[2] His profile on the Phillips Foundation website lists his project: The Impact of Technology on Democratic Dissent."
