Dee Ann Divis is a journalist with the D.C. Examiner.

She was previously the Editor of Science and Technology for United Press International, a subsidiary of a Reverend Sun Myung Moon owned company.

According to a biographical note on the UPI website, Divis "managed the Washington operations for a company developing commercial launches of satellites and other payloads. She also worked as a government contractor and independent analyst, providing market research on space commerce issues. And she advised start-up aerospace companies on their business plans."

"Divis served as an analyst under contract with the Department of Justice and has worked with the Environmental Protection Agency on the reorganization of the Superfund computer structure and the EPA's Toxic Release Inventory. She also was a manager for a company providing analysis in support of technology litigation," the biographical note states.

"She has been Washington editor of GPS World Magazine and editor for the Space section of AviationNow, the Web site for Aviation Week magazine. She also worked as a contractor providing business coverage for Aerospace Daily," the profile states.
