Denise Dresser

Professor Denise Dresser "is a Senior Fellow at the Pacific Council on International Policy and a professor of political science at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM). She participated in drafting the Pacific Council's report Mexico Transforming and is the currect Project Director of the Council's North American Futures project.

"Dr. Dresser is the author of numerous publications on Mexican politics and U.S.-Mexican relations. She contributes regularly to La Opinión, Reforma, Proceso, and to the editorial page of the Los Angeles Times. She is a frequent commentator on Mexican politics in the U.S. and Canadian media. A former Fulbright scholar, Dr. Dresser is a member of the Research Council of the Forum for Democratic Studies, National Endowment for Democracy, the World Academy of Arts and Science, the editorial board of the Latin American Research Review."
