Biographical Information

"Donald Kerr is a research professor at George Mason University´s Volgenau School of Information Technology and Engineering and also sits on the board of trustees of the MITRE Corporation. Kerr has held a number of executive positions in both government and private industry, including principal deputy director of National Intelligence, 15th director of the National Reconnaissance Office, deputy director for Science and Technology at the Central Intelligence Agency, and assistant director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation in charge of the Laboratory Division."[1]
