The Dublin San Ramon Services District (DSRSD) was founded in 1953 to provide drinking water and wastewater collection to Dublin, San Ramon, Pleasanton, and Dougherty Valley, CA.[1] All in all, DSRSD serves 145,000 people, including residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional customers. DSRSD is an associate member of Bay Area Clean Water Agencies.

Involvement in San Francisco Sludge Controversy

In April 2010, DSRSD sent a letter of support to the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission in favor of its sewage sludge compost giveaway program.[2]
