Biographical Information

"Emily has been a civil servant since 2000, in the Home Office, in Downing Street, in the Prime Minister's Strategy Unit and more recently in the UK Border Agency. She is currently working in the Crime and Policing Group in the Home Office. Before joining the civil service she did degrees in English Literature and in the International Law of Armed Conflict, and worked for the Quaker United Nations Office in Geneva. She lives with her husband and children in Peckham, South London. " [1]
