"F. Joseph Loughrey is the retired president and chief operating officer and former vice chairman of the board of Cummins Inc. Mr. Loughrey serves as a director on a number of boards, including Sauer-Danfoss Inc.; Hillenbrand, Inc.; AB SKF; the Lumina Foundation for Education; and Oxfam America. In addition, he serves as chairman of the Advisory Council for the College of Arts & Letters at the University of Notre Dame. (Vanguard board member and a trustee of each of the Vanguard funds since 2009.)" [1]
