Harriet Hentges

Harriet Hentges formerly led the USIP's "work on post-conflict stabilization beginning with its efforts in the Balkans. She has oversight for the Institute's work in Iraq and other zones of conflict. Hentges has broad international and management experience in business, government, and nonprofit organizations. She has served as a senior executive of an international trading company, an investment banking firm, and a financial services company.

"She was an international economist in the United States Department of State and the Office of the United States Special Trade Representative. She holds a Ph.D. in international economics from the School of Advanced International Studies, Johns Hopkins University." [1]
