"The International Anti-Corruption Academy (IACA) is an international organization as of 8 March 2011. A joint initiative by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), the Republic of Austria, the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF) and other stakeholders, IACA is a pioneering institution that aims to overcome current shortcomings in knowledge and practice in the field of anti-corruption. "During its first session on 19 December 2011, the Provisional Commission elected Ambassador Eugenio M. Curia of Argentina (GRULAC) as its President for a one-year term. The following Vice-Presidents were elected, representing the remaining regional groups:

"During its first session, the Provisional Commission also appointed the Chair of the International Transition Team, Mr. Martin Kreutner, as the Executive Secretary of the Provisional Commission." [2]
