The IRF Executive Board performs strategic guidance and oversight role that include developing and guiding the strategy implementation, ensuring good governance and effective administration. The IRF Executive board members: Olga Aivazovska (Acting Head), Svyatoslav Pavlyuk, Larysa Denysenko, Tamila Tasheva, Yaroslav Yurchyshyn, Nataliya Lygachova-Chernolutska, Igor Gut." [1]

"From January 1, 2018 Oleksandr Sushko took office as the executive director of the International Renaissance Foundation. On the same day Oleksander Sushko drew up his mandate as the IRF Board Chair...IRF Deputy Chair Olga Aivazovska will serve as the Acting Chair of the Board until a new Chair is appointed. The IRF Board and employees express their sincere gratitude to Yevhen Bystrytsky for his dedicated work as the executive director of the IRF for the past 20 years." [1]

According to their 2005 Annual Report they write: "Over the period from 1990 to 2005, the International Renaissance Foundation supported numerous Ukrainian non-governmental organizations (NGOs), academic and cultural institutions, publishing houses, etc., in the amount of over $ 89 million. In 2006, IRF will financially support the third sector of Ukraine in the amount of up to $ 7 million."
