Staff

The IRG won a $7.1 million contract from the U.S. Government to provide support for planning, monitoring, coordination, management and reporting on reconstruction and rehabilitation activities in post-war Iraq. The announcement came on April 9, 2003, amidst much controversy.[1][2]
