Iowa Association of Scholars (IAS) is described in a 2001 report which it co-published as "the Iowa affiliate of the National Association of Scholars". However, it does not have its own website and the report stated that membership details could be obtained from the Public Interest Institute, an Iowa think tank.[1]

While there is little indication on the internet that the IAS has had any significant involvement in net neutrality issues, the group is listed as a member of Internet Freedom Coalition.[2]

The IAS does not have a website.
