Biography

Dr. Gargus was the Research Coordinator, Toxicology Division, for Hazelton Laboratories, Inc. at Falls Church, Virginia. Dr. Gargus submitted the final report for "Infrared Analysis of Particular Matter in Mainstream Smoke of Ransom Strictman Filter Cigarettes" to Philip Morris Research and Development Department on November 11, 1968.
