James P. Clark "is a partner in Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher's Los Angeles office; he is a member of the firm's Litigation Department, its Intellectual Property, Antitrust, White Collar Defense and Investigations and Media and Entertainment Groups. Mr. Clark has extensive experience as lead counsel in both bench and jury trials, and has been chosen as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, one of the premier legal associations in North America. For each of the last four years, he has been named by Chambers USA as one of Leading Lawyers in California in the Litigation: General Commercial category. Mr. Clark is an active member of both the California and New York bars, and is admitted before the United States Supreme Court, and numerous Federal District Courts and Courts of Appeals...

"Mr. Clark is Co-Editor of the two-volume Desk Edition of von Kalinowski's Antitrust Laws and Trade Regulation, and currently serves as a member of the Executive Committee of the Antitrust Section of the State Bar of California. He is a former Vice-Chair and member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Regents of Georgetown University, was Deputy General Counsel of the Webster Commission on the 1992 Los Angeles Riots, is Past President and member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of Bet Tzedek (the House of Justice) Legal Services in Los Angeles, is Vice President and member of the Board of Directors of the Los Angeles Alliance for Children's Rights, and is a Vice Chair of the Board of the Los Angeles Library Foundation.
