Jean-Claude Masangu Mulongo

Jean-Claude Masangu Mulongo "is the Governor of the Central Bank of the Democratic Republic of Congo. He has represented the DRC in various roles including Governor for the DRC and second Vice President of the G24 at the International Monetary Fund, and Deputy Governor for the DRC at the World Bank. The major part of his career prior to entering public service was spent with Citigroup in Kinshasa.

"He has a BA in Mathematics and Physics from the International School of Geneva, a BSc from the Massachusetts Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from Louisiana State University." [1]
