Biographical Information

"Joel has been working in Kazakhstan since 1993 and is the partner in charge of SNR Denton's Banking and Finance practice in Central Asia. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, trade and project finance, and capital markets transactions. He is currently recommended by The Legal 500 - Guide to Commercial Law Firms in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Chambers Global - Client's Guide to the Leading Lawyers in Business and IFLR 1000 - Guide to the World's Leading Financial Law Firms. Joel received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1984 and, concurrently, his MBA degree in Finance from the University's Wharton School. He also received a BA degree in Economics from Cornell University."[1]
