"John Blake has been Director of Vision Training Australia[1][2] since 2001, a company that provides capability development services for large organisations.Prior to that John served as an officer in the Australian Army for 14 years.During that time John held a range of leadership and resource management positions.His awareness about the importance of strategic environmental management started in 1994 when he was responsible for the sustainable use of several hundred thousand hectares of Defence land in North and Far North Queensland.
