John F. Schoew, Vice President of Good Harbor Consulting, LLC, "joins Good Harbor from the Monitor Group, a global management consulting firm headquartered in Cambridge, Massachusetts, where he worked as a project leader in the firm's marketing strategy and executive development divisions. His consulting experience includes the pharmaceutical, biotech, telecommunications, and e-commerce industries, where his work focused on customer and market dynamics, marketing strategy, custom market research, and information technology. His projects included:

  • Developing customer segmentation and promotional strategy for multi-billion dollar consumer products
  • Enhancing marketers' capabilities via web-enabled tools and services
  • Developing the launch strategy for a prescription drug in development by a multinational pharmaceutical company
  • Designing and deploying an executive leadership development program for a multi-billion dollar biotech company's top 300 executives

"Mr. Schoew holds a Master's degree from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service, where he studied foreign policy, national security, international business diplomacy, and counterterrorism.
