Jonathan Kay

Biography

"Jonathan Kay joined Sovereign in 2010 and has worked on a number of transactions across Sovereign’s areas of sectors focus. These include City & County Healthcare Group, Creare Communications, Lifetime Training and Astrum Education Group. Jonathan has also led 12 bolt-on acquisitions for City & County Healthcare to support the growth strategy of the business. Jonathan represents Sovereign on the boards of City & County Healthcare and Astrum Education Group.Prior to joining Sovereign, Jonathan worked in the leverage finance team at Lloyds Banking Group and investment team at LDC. Before this he also spent time with JP Morgan in London and BAML in New York. Jonathan has deal experience across a range of sectors including Healthcare, Education, TMT and Support Services. Jonathan has a BSc (Hons) in Economics and Management from the London School of Economics."
