Julia Cohen "has 20 years experience in United Nations, government, nonprofit and public health management; civic engagement, advocacy, marketing, fundraising and technology development. Cohen's diverse experience includes directing major initiatives for the National Democratic Institute, YouthNOISE, Youth Vote, Rock the Vote, Planned Parenthood and the State Department among others.
