Kendall Christiansen is the principal of Gaia Strategies and senior consultant for InSinkerator, the leading manufacturer of residential and commercial food waste disposers.[1]He is mentioned in documents obtained under an open records investigation of collusion among the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission and various external individuals and entities in the defense and promotion of promoting sewage sludge as "organic biosolids compost."
