Biographical Information

"Lisa Hook (President and Chief Executive Officer of Neustar, Inc) previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Neustar from January 2008 to October 2010. Prior to joining Neustar, Ms. Hook held leadership positions at a number of Fortune 500 companies including AOL, Time Warner and Viacom over a distinguished career spanning more than 25 years. An attorney, she also spent time as a senior advisor at the Federal Communications Commission. Ms. Hook serves on a number of other corporate and non-profit boards, including Reed Elsevier PLC, Reed Elsevier NV, and Reed Elsevier Group PLC. In May 2011, President Obama appointed Lisa Hook a member of the President's National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee."[1]
