Louis Head

Louis Head "is Executive Director of the Albuquerque-based Cuba Research & Analysis Group and a co-founder of the US-Cuba Cultural Exchange, a national network of artists, arts presenters and cultural scholars. From 1982-98, he was a staff person with the SouthWest Organizing Project in New Mexico, and he continues to serve on that organization’s board. He has organized seminars in Cuba on Cuban foreign relations, law, music, popular culture, and planning and architecture, and has frequently lectured on Cuban music, culture and political history."
