Mark Wootton "is a Hamilton farmer in the Victorian Western District and a father of four children. Mark and his wife Eve Kantor are directors of the Poola Foundation, which disburses funds to environmental projects, in particular. Mark believes that the dealing with the issue of climate change is of extreme urgency and he has played a very active role in raising awareness of the issue in Australia. As part of a range of ethical investments Mark developed and is a partner of 60L a commercial office building in Carlton, Melbourne which they built on Environmental Sustainable Development Guidelines, which won the Premier’s Sustainable Business Award for 2003. Mark and Eve’s farm - Jigsaw Farms is a mixed operation of beef and wool and various combinations of biodiversity and agro forestry plantings which act as a carbon sink." [1]
