Biographical Information

"Dr Martin Greeley is a development economist with over thirty years’ professional experience. He has extensive experience of working in South Asian countries, with the World Bank and Asian Development Bank and UN agencies. He is on the board of MISFA, the apex micro-finance institution in Afghanistan. His main areas of interest are aid and public policy, agricultural development, impact assessment and poverty reduction. He is a fellow and trustee of the Institute of Development Studies at Sussex University." [1]
