Biographical Information
"Matt Baker is a specialist communications professional with broad experience of media relations, public affairs and high profile crisis management in broadcasting and the charity sector. He is currently Acting Head of Media for British-based aid and development agency, Oxfam, and was formerly Controller of Press and Publicity for Channel 4 Television."[1]
