Lord Heseltine is married to Lady Heseltine.

"Lord Heseltine was a Cabinet minister in various departments between 1979-86 and 1990-97. He was Deputy Prime Minister from 1995-97.

"He is chairman of the Haymarket Group, which he founded in 1957. He is also a Fellow of the 48 Group Club, Gold Medallist of the Institute of Sheet Metal Engineering (1999) and received the Institute of Public Relations’ Presidents Medal in 1998. In 1991 he was made Honorary Fellow of the Royal Institute of British Architects.

"Lord Heseltine has also been presented with the Publicity Club of London Cup (2005), National Business Awards’ Lifetime Achievement Award (2005) and the PPA Marcus Morris Award (2003).

"He has authored Where There’s a Will (1987), The Challenge of Europe: Can Britain Win? (1989) and his political autobiography, Life in the Jungle (2000).

"Currently he is chairing an independent advisory panel for a £1 billion Regional Growth Fund." [1]
