Biographical Information

"Michael works as a forensic physician with the Metropolitan Police, and is chairman of the Trustees of RAPT (the Rehabilitation of Addicted Prisoners Trust). He has been a general medical practitioner (GP) for over 35 years and has spent the last 15 years advising on the risk of alcohol on society and the individual."
