The North Dakota Policy Council (NDPC) is a self-labeled "liberty-based think tank" focused on advocating "policies that are based on individual liberty, individual responsibility, and limited government" in North Dakota.[1] NDPC was a member of the right-wing State Policy Network (SPN), but is no longer listed as one as of 2016.
