Paul Beaumont was the founding director of the Macular Degeneration Foundation.
"He is a regular speaker at international conferences and trains doctors worldwide in his approach to Macular Degeneration. His clinic has been a pioneer in intensive counselling for patients with Macular Degeneration. He is a past Chairman of the NSW Division of the Australian and New Zealand College of Ophthalmologists and of the Committee of Chairmen of the Australian College. [1]
