Biographical Information
"Paul has spent nearly all of his career in community development, first as a community worker in West Yorkshire and then as a community work tutor at the National Institute for Social Work. Prior to his retirement in 2003 he was a director of the Community Development Foundation. Paul attends Ilkley Local Meeting." [1]
