Pocerady Power Station is a 1,000-megawatt (MW) brown coal-fired power station in the Czech Republic. The power station is owned and operated by the CEZ Group.

Location

The plant is located near Pocerady in Most, Ústecký.

Background

The initial installed power output of the plant was 6 x 200 MW. Units 1 and 2 were commissioned in 1970, Units 3 and 4 in 1971, and Units 5-6 in 1977. Unit 1 was decommissioned in 1994.[1]
