General Raymond Van Calster, chief of the Belgium military secret service SGR (Service General de Renseignement) chaired the last "official" meeting for Operation Gladio in the secret NATO-linked Gladio headquarters Allied Clandestine Committee on October 23 and 24, 1990.[1]
