The Regulatory Impact Analysis Project Inc. was actually a company created by Steve Milloy of The Advancement of Sound Science Coalition (TASSC). He heads the main promotional document: "CH0ICES IN RISK ASSESSMENT: THE ROLE OF SCIENCE POLICY IN THE ENVIRONMENTAL RISK MANAGEMENT PROCESS.

It is being operated out of the TASSC office at 1155 Connecticut Avenue, NW Suite 300, Washington DC. [2]
