Rene Loewenson "is director of the Training and Research Support Centre (TARSC). TARSC is a non profit organisation registered in Zimbabwe in 1994. The principal objective of the organisation is to provide training, research and support services for non-governmental, civic organisations to develop social capital. TARSC aims to build capacity within civil society institutions to engage in areas of social policy and to enhance democratic social development."
