Biographical Information

"Robin Holland-Martin served in Royal Navy (National Service) from 1957 to 1959. Mr. Holland-Martin spent 14 years in Corporate Finance from 1960 to 1974, including as Partner of Cazenove & Co. from 1968 to 1974. Mr. Holland-Martin has been Non Executive Chairman of Service Point ((UK) Ltd. since 2001. He has been Non Executive Director of Fine Art Society PLC since 1995, and related companies in Paris & Madrid) since 1997. He serves as Non-executive Director of Grapes Direct Limited. He serves as/served as Trustee of a number of arts and medical charitable organizations, including the Victoria and Albert Museum, Royal College of Art, Metropolitan Hospital-Sunday Fund, Blackie Foundation Trust, and City and Guilds of London Art School since 2000. He served as Non Executive Director of Service Point Solutions, S.A. since 1998. He served as a Director of Paterson Products Ltd., (Photographic darkroom equipment) as well as technology companies invested in by Newmarket Venture Capital plc from 1976 to 1994, Henderson plc, the Henderson Global Investors Group (owned by AMP from 1998 to 2004, Henderson and a number of its subsidiary and associated companies from 1983 to 1998, Henderson Greenfriar Investment Trust PLC from 1991 to 1998 and Dorling Kindersley Holdings PLC from 1992 to 2000."
