Biographical Information
"Mr Robin Kealy CMG - A former career diplomat, he was HM Ambassador in Tunis from 2002-2004. AS Consul General in Jerusalem from 1997-2001 he acted as Britain's Representative to the Palestinian Authority and was the UK Permanent Representative to UNRWA, the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestinian refugees."
