Biographical Information
"Roger Jeary is Head of Research at UNITE, the UK's largest private sector union. Roger brings a deep understanding of private industry and commerce built up through 25 years as a negotiating official of the union and 6 years as its head of research. Roger spent 14 years focused on the finance sector. Over the years Roger has taken a keen interest in pensions, not least during a period in which he acted as a Trustee for the union's own scheme. Roger leads the union's work on Capital Stewardship." [1]
