Dr. Ronald Aqua earned his Ph.D. from Cornell University in Government with an emphasis on Japanese politics. He directed the Japanese and Korean Studies programs at the Social Science Research Council in New York for six years, and then spent 14 years with the United States-Japan Foundation serving as its first Program Director and then as Vice President."
