Roxanne de Graaf "has been with Partners Worldwide for over four years. Her focus is on resource development through foundations and grant-writing. One of her primary projects has been as the grant writer and now project coordinator of the USAID-funded Million Mentor Global Development Alliance.

"Roxanne also works on program development in North America, an emerging focus for Partners that builds on her passion for the poor and on her work experience of the last fifteen years.

"After a two year internship in Kenya, Roxanne came back to North America to pursue her master’s degree in planning and to work at alleviating poverty locally and internationally. “My passion to fight poverty has roots in my childhood in rural Mississippi and in my faith,” Roxanne explains. This passion took her to Taos, New Mexico for ten years, where she served as a town planner, a food business developer, grant writer, co-director of a nonprofit organization, and, most recently, as owner of her own consulting firm. “Entrepreneurship is in my family’s blood, from my grandparents’ farms to my father’s diverse businesses that span from landscaping to law.”

"Roxanne has four children and is married to Brent de Graff, a free-lance video producer and editor." [1]
