Biographical Information

"Sebe is Deputy Vice President of Rehabilitation International, Africa. She played a leading role and was instrumental in the development of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities which was adopted in 2006.

"Sebe is a Paul Harris Fellow, an award presented by Rotary International Award in recognitionof her contribution to the emancipation of disabled people."[1]
