Sen. Vic Heinold

Sen. Vic Heinold was an Indiana State Senator, first elected in 2004 to represent Indiana's Senate District 5, which includes Jasper, LaPorte, Marshall, Porter, Pulaski, St. Joseph, and Starke counties.[1] As a state senator, he served on the Senate Committees on Agriculture & Small Business, Commerce & Transportation, Elections & Civic Affairs, and Homeland Security, Utilities & Public Policy. Heinold grew up in Indiana, attended Purdue University and was the primary proprietor of Heinold Elevator & Feed. Following the 2007 legislative session, he moved to Louisiana to become a general manager for Consolidated Grain and Barge Company.[2] Heinold was one of three sponsors of Indiana's 2005 amendment to its Right to Farm Act.
