Sky Development is a real estate and investment company founded and currently led by its CEO, American-Israeli businessman, Yizhak Toledano. Sky Development is based in Aventura, South Florida. It was originally called Skyrise Development Group and was founded in 2004. Two years later, the company's name was changed to Sky Development. The company specializes in the development of residential and commercial Florida real estate, although it has also built out-of-state properties in Nevada. Sky Development’s activities include property acquisition and remodeling, with projects in residential, urban, and retail contexts.

Sky Development targets a variety of different real estate markets. Toledano’s company has focused on the condominium boom, townhouses, rentals, assisted living homes, and distressed properties. In the commercial sector, Sky Development has focused on rapid rehabilitation of retail space and increased occupancy rates. Toledano has steered Sky Development toward multi-use real estate projects that integrate private residential, offices, and hotel space in a single overarching design.

Sky Development's business strategy is to exploit the positive trends in the Florida housing market by concentrating on its highest growth areas such as condominiums, luxury rentals, and assisted living complexes.

Sky Development’s building project in Las Vegas, the Residence, consists of 504 condo units. Other projects designed for residential communities include the resort-inspired Villagio on the Lakes in Port Orange, the Aqua Bella town houses of Dania Beach, and the luxury rental units at the Beach Place in Sunny Isles.
