1. Another section removed

"Additionally, three February 16, 2005, telephone queries to Guerneville, CA, indicated that Neeley Road accesses a riverfront beach, a campground and a resort, cottages and cabins, and a few houses -- and definitely no offices or business buildings of any sort."

I'm not sure why this would matter. Let's assume that all that is right but if its an Internet business I don't see how it would be relevant.

2. Other sections

Also, a search for "Guerneville, CA" + "Java King" failed to locate any more information.

Although Georgy reported that a MapQuest search could not locate the address, a Yahoo! search did.

the first seems more appropriate for the talk page and doesn't need to be included on the page. It doesn't really add anything.
